HIIT Kickboxing

A full body workout based in Kickboxing using the proven fat-burning and strength training system of HIIT (High intensity interval training).  We combine HIIT stations     with Kickboxing bag work, mitts, and other striking drills to maximize cardio and strength training all while learning real techniques of Kickboxing and self-defense.  This isn’t your YMCA cardio kickboxing class.  Receive high-level instruction with continually changing techniques and fitness movement along with upbeat custom music  mixes.  This is an adults’ only class and can be enjoyed by all levels.  So, whether you have never thrown a punch or kick, or you have already earned a black belt this class is for you.
